1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.
2. SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe (including the UK).

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) – FREE for orders over $100, otherwise $6.99.

Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – $14.99.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $29.99 (order must be placed before 12 PM EST).

3. TRACKING INFORMATION

4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some countries may have import restrictions on certain jewelry materials; please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country.

These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may delay delivery times, and we are not responsible for these delays.
6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Orotive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered."

If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@orotive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance.
7. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
