Shipping policy

At Orotive, we are committed to ensuring that your jewelry orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Below, you’ll find our updated shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and estimated delivery times.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email with tracking details once it has shipped.


2. SHIPPING TIMES & METHODS

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Europe (including the UK).

United States

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) – FREE for orders over $100, otherwise $6.99.

  • Express Shipping (1-3 business days) – $14.99.

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – $29.99 (order must be placed before 12 PM EST).

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – $12.99.

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) – $24.99.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – $14.99.

  • Express Shipping (2-5 business days) – $29.99.

Europe (excluding UK)

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days) – $14.99.

  • Express Shipping (2-4 business days) – $29.99.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order via the shipping carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@orotive.com.


4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some countries may have import restrictions on certain jewelry materials; please check your local regulations before placing an order.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by country.

  • These charges are not included in our pricing and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times, and we are not responsible for these delays.


6. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Orotive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered."

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact support@orotive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance.


7. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at support@orotive.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
